Co-Owner | Human Resources:
Sally Carbaugh is Co-Owner and leads Human Resources at Heartland Health Insurance Advisors. She brings years of leadership experience from retail management, where she built a strong track record of success as a store manager for both Target and Bath & Body Works. Those roles sharpened her skills in building great teams, developing people, and delivering an outstanding customer experience, all of which she now brings to Heartland's staff and clients.
Though she was born in California, Sally has called Northeast Indiana home for most of her life and is a proud graduate of Carroll High School. She is deeply invested in her community, serving as School Board President for Concordia Lutheran Grade School, as a member of her church board, and as a board member of the Athletic Boosters Club.
Above all, Sally is a devoted mom to six children. you'll often find her in the stands or along the course cheering them on at cross country meets, swim meets, wrestling matches, and track events.
