Rose grew up around the family business, Ivancic Insurance, which her parents founded more than 40 years ago. She started helping out in her early twenties, putting together asset summaries and learning the ins and outs of the industry. In 2001, Rose earned her insurance license and began working at the Airport Road office, continuing the tradition of personal service the family built.
Over the years, she had the privilege of watching the business evolve. Her mom and Chris were among the first to introduce Medicare Advantage plans to the Fort Wayne area through UniCare, and later helped guide clients through the transition into prescription drug plans as they became available. During the busiest seasons, she always made it a priority to step in and support our clients -- whenever she could get away from other work commitments.
Today, Rose is proud to carry on the values her parents instilled: treating people like family, offering honest guidance, and helping clients feel confident in their coverage choices. She remains committed to being a trusted resource for all of your insurance needs.
