Jocelyn's career reflects her strong work ethic and pioneering leadership. Born in Springfield, Ohio, she relocated to Fort Wayne in 1972 when she joined International Harvester. Over 20 years with the company, she broke barriers as its first female supervisor and later advanced to Program Planning Manager, demonstrating her ability to lead in a demanding industrial environment.

After her time at Harvester, Jocelyn transitioned into the insurance industry, where she founded JCI Financial, a trusted practice focused on Medicare planning and enrollment. She is passionate about helping people understand Medicare options, compare plans, and enroll in the coverage that best fits their needs-whether they are new to Medicare, reviewing existing plans, or planning for the future. Her client-centered approach has built lasting relationships grounded in trust, clarity, and expertise. JCI Financial merged with Heartland Health Insurance Advisors in 2025, where she continues her legacy of providing objective, independent solutions.

When not assisting clients, Jocelyn cherishes time with her family. She enjoys spending moments with her son and granddaughter in Florida, her daughter in Kendallville, and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren in Fort Wayne. Family remains at the core of her commitment to helping others protect their health and enjoy their later years.
